SMS Program Terms

Program name: Dwell Home Alerts, operated by Dwell.

What messages you will receive

• Agent contact about a home. After you ask about a specific home, the listing agent (or Dwell on their behalf) may text you about that home: to introduce themselves, answer questions or arrange a showing.
• Weekly digest of new homes. If you told us what you are looking for, one message a week with a few newly listed homes that match your area and budget.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Expect a small number of messages from the agent about the home you asked about, and at most one digest message per week for up to 90 days after your request unless you ask for more.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.

How to opt out or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages from that program.
• Reply HELP for help, or email dwell@valid.co.

How you opt in

You join by entering your phone number and agreeing to the following wording on our website, in our app, or in one of our Instagram or TikTok message flows. We record the wording and the time of your agreement.

By continuing you agree that Dwell and the listing agent may contact you by text message about this home. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of working with an agent.

Carriers and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your phone number and other data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
